Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in and must present a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card at the time of check-in.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb the peace or infringe upon other guests' enjoyment of the property.
Delthorix reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any person who, in the opinion of management, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who is incapable of caring for themselves.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-designated areas may result in additional cleaning fees.
Service animals are welcome. Other pets are not permitted unless specifically stated in a pet-friendly room reservation.
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or resort property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacement will be applied to the guest's account.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino floor or participate in gambling activities.
Valid identification is required and may be requested at any time.
Delthorix reserves the right to refuse entry to the casino or terminate play at any time without explanation.

Delthorix is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings left in guest rooms, public spaces, or anywhere on the property. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.

Delthorix's liability for any claim, including loss of property, injury, or death, is limited to the amount paid for the room or service.
