At Delthorix Casino & Resort, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, allowing flexibility while maintaining the quality of service we provide to all our guests.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for all reservations made at Delthorix Casino & Resort, including room bookings, package reservations, and event bookings.

STANDARD ROOM RESERVATIONS

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full original reservation unless notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Early departure with notice is subject to a one-night room charge.

Modifications

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability. Changes to dates, room types, or length of stay may result in rate adjustments. Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation.

PACKAGE RESERVATIONS

Special packages, including those with gaming credits, dining, spa services, or entertainment options, are subject to the following cancellation policy:

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are subject to separate contractual terms specified at the time of booking. Generally, the following conditions apply:

Attrition policies for group bookings are detailed in the group contract. Reduction in the number of rooms may result in adjusted rates or penalties.

EVENT AND CONFERENCE BOOKINGS

Cancellations for event spaces, meeting rooms, and conference facilities are subject to the terms outlined in the specific event contract. General guidelines include:

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances), Delthorix Casino & Resort may offer flexible cancellation options, including:

  • Full refunds regardless of cancellation timeframe
  • Credit for future stays valid for 12-24 months
  • Flexible rebooking with no change fees

Force majeure determinations are made at the discretion of Delthorix management and may be applied differently based on the specific circumstances.

Medical Emergencies

Cancellations due to documented medical emergencies may be granted more flexible terms at the discretion of management. Supporting documentation may be required.

MAKING CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or modify a reservation, please use one of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account on our website and manage your reservation

All cancellations should be made during our reservations department hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week.

A cancellation confirmation will be provided for all properly cancelled reservations. We recommend keeping this confirmation for your records.

REFUND PROCESSING

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

For reservations made through third-party booking sites, refunds must be processed through the original booking channel, and their specific cancellation policies will apply.
