This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for all reservations made at Delthorix Casino & Resort, including room bookings, package reservations, and event bookings.
If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the full original reservation unless notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. Early departure with notice is subject to a one-night room charge.
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability. Changes to dates, room types, or length of stay may result in rate adjustments. Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and new reservation.
Special packages, including those with gaming credits, dining, spa services, or entertainment options, are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Group bookings of 10 or more rooms are subject to separate contractual terms specified at the time of booking. Generally, the following conditions apply:

In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances), Delthorix Casino & Resort may offer flexible cancellation options, including:
Force majeure determinations are made at the discretion of Delthorix management and may be applied differently based on the specific circumstances.
Cancellations due to documented medical emergencies may be granted more flexible terms at the discretion of management. Supporting documentation may be required.
To cancel or modify a reservation, please use one of the following methods:
All cancellations should be made during our reservations department hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time, seven days a week.
A cancellation confirmation will be provided for all properly cancelled reservations. We recommend keeping this confirmation for your records.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
For reservations made through third-party booking sites, refunds must be processed through the original booking channel, and their specific cancellation policies will apply.
